This place was great!! Super friendly and money off for Veterans. The rooms are nice sized and comfortable. The architectural design is amazing!! We spent our third Anniversary here and will be back!! Don't forget to get your M life members club card too!! Especially if you're a veteran! Best week we've had in ages was in Vegas!!

A cool casino that has a design and decor unlike any other. I went to the Bodies exhibit here- that was an excellent experience that will really make you twice about what it is that you are standing there looking at. And guaranteed you will learn and see some pretty fascinating things that you wouldn't normally see in a school text book picture section. My next review will be on the food, rooms, and other things here at the Luxor.

Very nice design and theme. Egyptian art and structures are truly amazing. The Egyptian theme continues throughout with close attention to detail. Plenty of food outlets and casino if interested. Stayed here for a week. Enjoyed it but it is a bit further from the main part of the Las Vegas Strip. Not as extravagant as other places such as The Venetian or Caesar's Palace. But nice in its own right and isn't as expensive.

Well executed typical Las Vegas hotel and resort. There is an amazing variety of options on site, from shopping to dining to entertainment, all done with excellence. Check-in was easy, but it was a significant distance to our room on the east tower. The rooms were clean, spacious, and up to date. We ate at the Mexican restaurant and the meal was amazing, as well as the service. Typical casino, but an excellent bar. Parking is difficult to find and there is always a traffic jam in front.

The accommodations did not appear in person as they are presented on the website. The room was freezing and the hotel informed me they turn the heat was turned off during the warm season. The customer service was HORRIBLE! I was told if I wanted a robe literally “ make sure you don’t try and keep it, as we will charge you” when I called guest services to have a robe brought up because it was so cold In my room. The hotel penny pinches at every corner, if you ask for a late check out or early check in they try charge you, they are not very accommodating, or welcoming. The hotel is just a big corporate machine pushing people along. The only good thing about their machine mentality and customer service was the Mobil check in and checkout. Everything that I was accommodated with at the the Mandalay Bay during my stay Thur-Saturday such as : shower gel, a robe, when asked at the Luxor I was told “NO” “you can use the bar soap.” The bed was uncomfortable, too low to the ground, the comforter too thin, and only two pillow were provided. There was no fridge or snacks in my room so I’m not sure why there needed to be a hold placed on my card for expenses. The bathroom looked dated and the fixtures were stained with calcium build up, the molding around the tub and shower were coming up and chipped. I felt like I was staying at the best western or a motel six. For the cost of the room “ a king tower room” I was highly disappointed and I will advise anyone looking for a 4-5 star hotel not stay at the Luxor, If you want the feeling and service of a cheap hotel you may as well save your money and stay at one.
